First line maintenance (FLM)

First line maintenance covers the faults that take an ATM out of service most often and are fastest to clear on site. When a terminal in your fleet goes down, a Dariasons technician is dispatched by GPS to restore it — no parts order, no escalation queue.

Second line maintenance (SLM)

Second line maintenance is the technical work: diagnosing and repairing the hardware itself. Our technicians are trained, certified, and insured, and carry the experience of tens of thousands of service calls across multi-vendor fleets.

• Component-level diagnosis and repair — dispensers, card readers, receipt printers, EPPs
• Part replacement and hardware swaps
• Preventive maintenance — scheduled and initial
• Software and configuration updates during hardware service
• Escalation engineering for repeat-fault terminals

Proof on every ticket

Every service request is recorded from dispatch to closure in our GPS-based field system. Each visit produces digital, geo-tagged photos documenting the repair, and we keep the full history — so you can request a maintenance report for any terminal, any time. If you answer to processors, sponsors, or equipment owners, that documentation is yours to hand over.
